Welcome to Avora Bath. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Avora Bath website, e-commerce platform, and the purchase of our products, including but not limited to walk-in bathtubs, shower walls, and architectural fixtures.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

 

2. Products and Pricing

Avora Bath specializes in manufacturing and distributing large architectural bathroom fixtures. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our products.

 

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

     

  • Accuracy: We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Shipping, Freight, and Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders are shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight.

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

  • Receiving and Inspection: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all freight deliveries immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to signing. Failure to note damage upon delivery may forfeit your right to a freight claim or replacement.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Purchases made through Avora Bath are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Standard returns require an RMA, incur a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all outbound and return freight shipping costs.

  • Installed Products: Under no circumstances will Avora Bath accept whole-unit returns for products that have been installed, assembled, or altered. Once a product is installed, remedies for defects are strictly limited to replacement parts and components as outlined in the product's warranty.

5. Installation Disclaimer

Avora Bath is a manufacturer and direct importer of bath products, not a general contractor or installation company.

  • We strongly recommend that all walk-in tubs, shower walls, and fixtures be installed by licensed, insured, and certified plumbing and construction professionals.

  • Avora Bath is not liable for any damages, leaks, structural issues, or injuries resulting from improper installation, failure to follow local building codes, or misuse of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Avora Bath or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Avora Bath, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
