Shipping Policy (Walk-In Tubs & Showers)
1. Processing and Freight
Due to the size and weight of our walk-in bathtubs and acrylic shower systems, these items are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. Orders typically require a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before leaving our warehouse facilities.
2. Delivery Appointments
Once your order arrives at the local terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to inspect the delivery and sign for the shipment.
3. Receiving and Inspection
Please inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, you must note "DAMAGED" on the driver's delivery receipt. If the product itself is severely damaged, refuse the shipment and contact our support team immediately. Failure to note damage upon delivery may void replacement eligibility.
